We want you to love your rhode routine, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for products in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, items must be gently used or unopened to qualify for a refund.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return.

Prepare Your Package

Carefully pack your rhode items in their original component boxes and place them in a secure shipping mailer.

Attach Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
